Job summary

University of Colorado Boulder is seeking an Entry-level Annual Giving Program Coordinator to support campaigns and donor engagement under $25,000. The role emphasizes collaboration with campus units and donor-first fundraising practices.

You will help manage data, reporting, and campaign execution while growing in a dynamic advancement team. Remote work with occasional campus travel is possible, and evening/weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or a combination of education and experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
• 1+ years of professional, job-related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Teams, and Asana.
• Experience in nonprofit or higher-education environment and Agile project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages the campus-wide crowdfunding program, identifying campaign opportunities and supporting projects from inception to completion.
• Maintains relationships with campus partners to facilitate affinity fundraising opportunities.
• Supports multi-channel annual giving campaigns with segmented content based on SCU affiliation.
• Monitors industry trends related to community fundraising and documents opportunities to standardize processes at CU Boulder.
• Participates in implementing the baseline Annual Giving activities across CU and collaborates for cohesive strategies.
• Supports data-driven decisions by compiling lists, segments, and reports for campus projects.
