Job summary

Pocket.watch is seeking an enthusiastic Animation Production Coordinator to join our remote creative team. You will organize assets for animators, create schedules, track expenses, and support both traditional and AI-driven workflows.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience on animated projects (2D/CG/AI) and is proficient with Adobe Creative Suite. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to influence production processes and budgets.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience as assistant or coordinator on animated projects.
Experience with GenAI Image tools such as Nano Banana and GenAI Video tools such as Seedance and Kling is ideal.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with artists, directors and producers to create visuals from concept to render.
Assign and track shot assignments across multiple shows.
Track and process budget expenditures and ensure timely delivery under budget.
Serve as primary communication focal for cast and crew, managing needs and availability.
Compile, distribute, and track production documents.
Source materials and develop preliminary budgets.
Utilize AI workflows to find production efficiencies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
