PocketWatch, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Animation Production Coordinator for a temporary, remote role. You will organize assets for animators, create schedules, and track budgets, collaborating with directors and producers to keep shows on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in animation coordination, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, and comfort using GenAI tools. This position offers flexible remote work and exposure to top industry executives in a

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience as assistant or coordinator on animated projects (2D/CG/AI).
• Experience with GenAI image tools such as Nano Banana and GenAI video tools such as Seedance and Kling is ideal.
• Experience using Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects.

• Collaborate with artists, directors and producers to create cutting edge visuals from concept to render.
• Assign and track shot assignments across multiple shows.
• Track and process budget expenditures, ensuring all videos are completed on time and under budget.

Animation Production Coordinator(Temporary)

Location: Remote

Reporting to: VP, Animation and Creative Technology
$25-$30 per hour (based on experience)

Pocket.watch is currently seeking an enthusiastic, versatile, and detail-oriented Animation Production Coordinator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is adept at organizing assets for animators, creating schedules, tracking expenses, and has a basic knowledge of both traditional and AI-driven animation workflows. This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a trailblazing entertainment company and work with top industry executives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with artists, directors and producers to create cutting edge visuals from concept to render.
• Assign and track shot assignments across multiple shows.
• Track and process budget expenditures, ensuring all videos are completed on time and under budget
• Primary point of communication for cast and crew, managing and tracking their needs and availability.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

• 1-2 years of experience as assistant or coordinator on animated projects, either 2D, CG, or AI.
• Experience with GenAI Image tools such as Nano Banana and GenAI Video tools such as Seedance and Kling is ideal.

• Experience using Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects.

• Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for layout and composition.
• Ability to improvise and adapt to shifting project goals.
• Solid organization skills with adherence to file structures, naming conventions, and other established protocols.

• Independent and self-driven; able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced production environment.

Work environment

• Work is remote and can be done in the environment of the employee’s choosing.

Physical demands

• Must have close visual acuity to perform the primary responsibilities of this position.
• Work is sedentary in nature and involves sitting most of the time.
• Must have good physical dexterity and the ability to constantly operate a computer, mouse, etc.
