Job summary

SCP Health is seeking a Full‑Cycle Recruitment Lead to recruit anesthesia clinicians across multiple sites and remote roles. You will manage sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination while building targeted recruitment strategies.

You will partner with anesthesia operations leaders, advise on market trends and compensation, and drive a high‑touch candidate experience in a fast‑growing healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably healthcare.
• Experience recruiting anesthesia clinicians (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Recruit anesthesia clinicians (anesthesiologists, CRNAs, anesthesia leadership) and conversion opportunities.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Develop customized recruiting strategies based on market conditions, specialty demand, and hiring urgency.
