Talentify is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst (Remote) to support anesthesia billing for our client practices. You will analyze A/R performance, monitor claim statuses, denials, and payment trends while ensuring compliance with payer rules and internal policies.

Working remotely, you will collaborate with internal teams and outsourced A/R partners, prepare status reports, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of anesthesia billing or revenue cycle management experience.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret A/R data and identify trends.
• Proficiency with medical billing systems.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable to support timely insurance and patient payments.
• Analyze payment trends, denials, aging reports and identify risks.
• Support A/R managers in revenue cycle protocols and workflows.
• Collaborate with outsourced A/R teams and document performance.
• Prepare AR status reports and payment trend summaries.
• Escalate complex revenue cycle issues to management as needed.
• Stay informed on payer rules and regulatory changes.
• Maintain compliant revenue cycle activities and documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
