BairesDev, a global tech company, is hiring an Android ML Engineer to bring agentic AI into Android products. In a fast-moving startup environment, you’ll own features from concept to production using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, with the freedom to ship impactful capabilities.

You will work with multi-agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI, collaborate across web and backend layers, and enjoy 100% remote work, flexible hours, and competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar open-source frameworks.
• Self-directed product engineering mindset, comfortable working from a 1-pager or PRD.
• Full-stack range with the ability to dive into unfamiliar codebases.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Integrate multi-agent orchestration and ML capabilities into Android applications using Kotlin.
• Build production-grade Android UIs using Jetpack Compose.
• Implement agentic workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, or open-source agent frameworks.
• Own product delivery from requirements through to production independently.
• Contribute across web or backend layers and navigate unfamiliar codebases as needed.
