Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Android + Kotlin Engineer to build AI-native Android products inside a startup where autonomy and ownership are the norm. You will drive ideas from a one-pager to shipped features with real multi-agent orchestration, beyond AI-assisted coding, in a high-trust environment that values judgment and impact.

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
AI-native experience with multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph, CrewAI or similar).
Senior product engineering mindset: self-directed, ownership of work from concept to production.
Full-stack capability with ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases.
Proficient in Jetpack Compose.
Advanced English skills.

Responsibilities

Build AI-native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with full product ownership.
Implement multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or open-source frameworks.
Work self-directed from product ideas through to production with minimal hand-holding.
Contribute across web or backend layers as needed.
Lead multiple net-new product initiatives in a highly autonomous team.
