Job summary

As Engineering Manager for the POS Payments Experience team, you will lead a high‑performing Android/mobile engineering group, partnering with PM and UX to drive outcomes and deliver high‑quality software across the POS and Fintech landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring teams to drive predictable results.
• Experience delivering mobile products (Android) to a large user base.
• Strong Java, Kotlin, and Android technical background to guide decisions.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of business outcomes for POS payments including planning, schedule, and execution.
• Collaborate with PM and UX to fill the backlog with valuable work.
• Ensure end-to-end quality and production issue ownership.
• Hire and develop team members and coach individuals.
• Champion AI tools to accelerate development and velocity.
