Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own major features end to end, from design through release.
• Maintain and improve reliability metrics for key features.
• Review pull requests and provide actionable feedback.
• Unblock the team when progress stalls and ensure alignment.
• Consolidate multiple implementations into a single, maintainable version.
• Drive process improvements and early verification to reduce rework.
