In this role you will unblock teammates, consolidate duplicates, and push for automated, reliable deployments. Strong communication and leadership in a global, async environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own major features end-to-end, from design to release with design team.
• Own, maintain, and improve reliability metrics for key features.
• Review pull requests and give meaningful feedback.
• Unblock the team when someone is stuck and investigate.
• Standardize solutions when one implementation becomes the team default.
• Keep shared components working, well-documented, and consolidating duplicates.
• Call it when the team is ready to change how it works.
• Reduce manual intervention to achieve a correct release.
• Shift verification left by increasing automated checks.
