Responsibilities

• Own major features end to end, from design to release.
• Maintain and improve reliability metrics for key features.
• Review pull requests and give actionable feedback.
• Unblock the team when blockers arise and steer decisions.
• Drive changes when a version should be adopted by the team.
• Keep components maintainable, well-documented, and reusable.
• Reduce manual intervention to ensure fast, correct releases.
• Shift verification left to automate what can be checked.
