Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 4+ years of annuity claims experience.
• Certified Annuity Specialist (CAS), LACP or CAA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of annuities and life insurance products.
• Experience with MIB and underwriting risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Review contestable claims, evaluating cause of death and misrepresentation.
• Assess reinstatement requests including medical history and underwriting.
• Handle MIB inquiries and report findings to underwriters.
• Route inquiries to underwriting queues and respond via secure email.
