ConsultNet in Draper, UT is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Business Analyst who will shape the analytics architecture and drive improvements across our reporting ecosystem.

The role operates with high autonomy to identify inefficiencies and uncover opportunities aligned with business goals, leveraging advanced analytics, SQL, and visualization skills for omni-channel contact center data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analytics, operations analytics, or BI roles in multi-site contact centre environments.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and enterprise visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience with Generative AI and LLMs is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously identify and champion analytics initiatives optimizing omni-channel contact center operations and financial performance.
• Own KPI architecture, dashboards, predictive models across Tableau, SQL, and internal platforms.
• Lead analytics and data infrastructure projects from concept to rollout with cross-department teams.
• Communicate performance drivers, risk forecasts, and trade-offs to executives.
• Query and synthesize complex data from warehouses, cubes, and pipelines to answer high-level questions.
• Identify bottlenecks and engineer scalable automated reporting solutions.
