• 8 years in managed services platforms (Genesys, Workday, ServiceNow) with reporting responsibilities.
• 7 years designing dashboards and reporting frameworks using IT managed services tools.
• 5 years aligning data strategy with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze objectives and plan analytics needs for information systems transformations.
• Design analytics and reporting solutions for large-scale projects; ensure standardization across enterprise.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve information flow and reduce costs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate project management activities.
• Promote data-driven culture and end-user focus; manage change in analytics programs.
• Maintain awareness of capacity and data architecture constraints.
