Job summary

Jobgether, a partner company, is seeking an Analytics Engineering Manager based in the United States. You will lead a high-performing analytics engineering team within a fast-moving fintech environment, turning complex data into trusted models, pipelines, and insights to shape strategic decisions.

You will mentor engineers, partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, and Operations, and drive data tooling, governance, and scalable infrastructure using SQL, Databricks, and dbt.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, BI, or related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience in technical leadership or people management.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Databricks, and dbt.
• Experience building scalable data transformation pipelines in cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of analytics engineering best practices, including data modeling, testing, governance, and data quality.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Growth, and Operations stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with modern software practices and cloud infra; AWS/Kubernetes; TS/Node/React helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics engineers team.
• Own delivery of robust data pipelines, models, and reporting solutions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, and Operations to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Establish and champion data modeling, testing, documentation, governance, and quality standards.
• Drive design, architecture, optimization, reliability, and scalability of analytics infrastructure.
• Use SQL, Databricks, and dbt to support analytics workflows.
• Prioritize analytics projects and manage delivery across initiatives.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve data accessibility, reliability, and usability.
• Foster proactive execution and continuous improvement in a high-growth environment.
