OnePay is seeking an Analytics Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across product, marketing, and operations.

You will mentor analytics engineers, build robust data pipelines, establish data governance, and scale our analytics infrastructure in a modern cloud environment, partnering with product, engineering, and growth to deliver data-driven impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or BI roles.
• 2+ years in technical leadership or management.
• Advanced expertise in SQL, Databricks, and dbt.
• Experience architecting and scaling data transformation pipelines in a modern cloud environment.
• Strong analytics best practices including data modeling, testing, and documentation.
• Track record delivering data-driven business impact with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing high-performance technical teams.
• Proactive builder mindset and execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analytics engineers responsible for building and maintaining robust data pipelines and analytical models.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations to deliver scalable data solutions and reporting.
• Establish and champion data governance, quality standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Drive design and optimization of data analytics infrastructure for reliability and scalability.
• Oversee analytics project prioritization, delivery, and stakeholder communication.
