Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Manager, Business Analysis & Insights based in the United States. This high-impact analytics role partners closely with the CFO and executive leadership to turn complex data into clear insights, narratives, and actionable recommendations.

You’ll lead AI-enabled analytics, create scalable frameworks, and deliver executive-ready analyses across Finance, Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering in a fully remote environment with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s a plus.
• Expert-level SQL skills; Python or R preferred; strong BI proficiency (Looker/Tableau).
• Experience with AI tools to accelerate analytics workflows and modern analytics practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact strategic analyses with executive-ready narratives.
• Translate analyses into concise recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with business leaders to shape strategic priorities and operationalize them.
• Incorporate AI tools to accelerate research and automate tasks.
• Design scalable analytical frameworks and self-service reporting.
• Build trusted cross-functional relationships to influence outcomes.
• Manage multiple initiatives and navigate ambiguity.
• Monitor AI/analytics advancements and encourage thoughtful adoption.
• Translate questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable conclusions.
