Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
• 3+ years in analytics engineering or a closely related analytics/data role.
• Strong T-SQL/SQL skills, including CTEs, window functions, joins, and set-based transformations.
• Experience with DAX, Power Query/M, or semantic model development.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Professional experience writing and maintaining Python code for data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop reliable, scalable data models and transformation layers for reporting and analytics.
• Build incremental, repeatable data pipelines with data validation and quality checks.
• Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation of data models, dependencies, and transformations.
• Ensure analytics-ready datasets are consumable by BI tools and analysts.
