Ensemble Health Partners seeks an Analytics Engineer to transform curated data into analytics-ready models powering reporting and dashboards across the organization. You will own the semantic layer, work with stakeholders, and ensure trusted metrics through dimensional modeling and semantic-layer concepts.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL transformations, dbt experience, and business acumen to enable analysts and leaders with high-quality data.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 3+ years of analytics engineering or BI experience.
• Advanced SQL with complex transformations.
• dbt experience; product or app engineering knowledge is a plus.
• Strong dimensional modeling, metrics design, semantic layer concepts.
• Experience supporting BI tools and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain analytics-ready data models (facts, dimensions, data marts).
• Develop and manage semantic-layer transformations using SQL-based tooling.
• Define metrics, business logic, and calculations across dashboards and reports.
• Apply dimensional modeling best practices for BI consumption.
• Collaborate with product, operations, finance, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure clear, documented, and aligned business logic across teams.
• Identify metric gaps and standardize definitions.
• Optimize data models for clarity and performance for analysts and self-service BI users.
• Support analysts and BI developers by enabling faster dashboard/report development.
