Qualifications

• Experience with analytics engineering or data engineering at senior levels.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with dbt Core/Cloud for modular data transformations.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and scripting.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (Dagster or Airflow).

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable analytics models and pipelines using SQL and dbt.
• Build and optimize big data processing pipelines across heterogeneous data sources (EHR, claims, etc.).
• Design real-time monitoring, alerts, and data freshness checks for production pipelines.
• Collaborate with governance and BI teams to enforce data contracts and semantic models.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, data masking, and secure data access in all codebases.
• Leverage cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS) to scale analytics workloads.
