In this role, you will create scalable analytics platforms integrated with healthcare data, develop predictive models, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, real-time monitoring, and ensure compliance with regulations.**You will:****Scalable Analytics Architecture & Transformations:** Architect, build, and optimizeenterprise-grade, high-performance analytical data models using dbt Core/Cloud and complex SQL. Structure modular data transformations to expose standardized clinical and operational datasets.**Big Data Processing & Distributed Computing:** Develop and optimize scalablepipelines to process large volumes of multi-system, unstructured, andsemi-structured healthcare datasets (e.g., EHR, Claims, FHIR, and HL7 feeds),significantly cutting compute times and warehouse/lakehouse spending.**Orchestration & Real-Time Alerting**: Design, automate, and monitor production-grade DAGs using asset-centric orchestration frameworks like Dagster. Implement real-time data freshness checks, anomaly detection, and custom automated alerting systems to guarantee continuous pipeline health.**Cross-Functional Engineering & Data Governance:** Collaborate closely with DataEngineering, Governance, and BI teams to ensure seamless ELT integration, establish DBT semantic models/metric definitions, and enforce data contracts to align engineering workflows with business and clinical analytics requirements.**HIPAA Compliance & Data Security:** Enforce strict healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) across all codebases.
