The role blends consulting and engineering, with multi-month client engagements, hands-on Ursa Studio work, and contributions to AI‑assisted tools like Compass and Sentinel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with healthcare data in analytics, engineering, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data domains (claims, EMR, behavioral health).
• Proficiency with SQL and analytics tools.
• Experience working directly with clients in scoping, delivery, and support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client-specific analytics solutions using Ursa Studio to develop, implement, and maintain data models and measures.
• Partner with Customer Success to scope, plan, manage, and support analytics workstreams with clients.
• Consult and train clients on analytics workflows and best-practice use of Ursa’s platform.
• Contribute to Ursa product/cross-client solutions by building scalable analytics components.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Ursa Compass) to accelerate delivery while ensuring sound output.
• Maintain high-quality written and verbal communication of solution approaches and deliverables.
• Stay current with healthcare data regulations and Ursa privacy/security policies.
