Job summary

Turnitin seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst - Analytics Engineer to bridge data infrastructure and business strategy. You will migrate workflows from Alteryx to dbt, build robust data models in Redshift, and orchestrate pipelines with Dagster/Airflow while partnering with RevOps leaders.

You'll translate complex data into actionable insights, explore AI/LLM capabilities, and apply SageMaker to churn prediction and lead scoring, enhancing global education outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional BI/Analytics Engineering experience.
• Proven dbt production data models.
• Hands-on with Dagster or Airflow for orchestration.
• Advanced SQL and Redshift experience.
• Tableau dashboards for stakeholders; Salesforce data familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of legacy Alteryx workflows to dbt with robust, documented data models.
• Build and monitor data pipelines in Dagster/Airflow to ensure reliability in Redshift.
• Bridge technical data and non-technical leaders by translating insights into ROI.
• Explore AI/LLM capabilities and apply SageMaker to churn prediction and lead scoring.
• Support RevOps initiatives and provide visibility into KPIs via Tableau.
