Compunnel Software Group is seeking an Analytics Consultant for Wells Fargo on a remote, 18–24 month engagement. The role sits in the Customer Analytics & Segmentation Team (CAST) and focuses on customer-level analytics for credit customers, including metrics, segmentation, and insight generation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years reporting and analytical experience or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in consumer credit analysis and customer-level insight across product lines and channels.
• Ability to translate insights into business actions and influence leadership and stakeholders.
• Exposure to retail banking and data-driven decision making.
• Data manipulation using SAS, SQL, R, UNIX, Oracle and Teradata.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of consumer credit segmentation for WF customers.
• Operationalize customer-based metrics for share of wallet and financial health.
• Data management: large queries and data quality analysis.
• Consult database architects on design of internal data marts.
• Identify internal and external intelligence to inform CCS insights.
