Job summary

TransUnion is seeking an Analytics Consulting Manager to lead the Argus Advisory Team, guiding complex analytics initiatives for Financial Services clients. The role blends virtual work with in-person collaboration at a TransUnion office location for at least two days weekly.

You will coach analysts, translate business objectives into analytical frameworks, and deliver client-ready insights with a strong focus on Cards, Retail Banking, Lending, and Small Business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in banking, analytics, consulting, or a related quantitative discipline, with increasing responsibility leading analytical projects.
• Proven ability to lead complex analytical initiatives and guide teams through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Experience mentoring and developing analysts while fostering a high-performing team environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into clear business implications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to internal stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Financial Services including Cards, Retail Banking, Lending, and Small Business.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts, fostering engagement, collaboration, technical growth, and professional development across experience levels.
• Manage and deliver complex analytical projects from inception through completion, ensuring high-quality outputs, actionable insights, and adherence to timelines.
• Provide analytical leadership and SME on large data sets, advanced analytics, and strategic business questions across Financial Services clients.
• Coach and mentor analysts on analytical methodologies, storytelling, presentation development, and problem-solving techniques.
• Partner with senior leaders and consulting teams to translate business objectives into analytical frameworks, recommendations, and client-ready deliverables.
• Apply deep knowledge of Financial Services to identify trends, solve business challenges, and generate meaningful insights.
