Job summary

LegitScript is seeking an Analyst to classify websites, products, and merchants using OSINT and proprietary tools. The role demands rigorous analysis, timely reporting, and clear written communication in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct online background investigations, assess compliance, and coordinate with clients by email, phone, or video conference while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong time management.
• Excellent written and verbal English; strong communication.
• Experience with large data sets (Excel and Google Sheets).
• Self-motivated, independent, and curious.
• Ability to make sound independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, assess, and classify applicants using open-source intelligence, proprietary tools, and industry best practices.
• Summarize analysis findings in clear, concise written reporting.
• Submit reports within strict deadlines.
• Escalate questions to appropriate colleagues using sound judgment.
• Assist with maintenance of program documentation as directed by Senior Analysts and Manager.
• Conduct online background investigations and compliance reviews.
• Regularly communicate with clients via email, phone, or video conference.
• Monitor billing and payment status, escalating internally when appropriate.
