Job summary

LegitScript is seeking an Analyst to analyze and classify websites, products, and merchants for compliance and risk. You will utilize open-source intelligence, proprietary tools, and industry best practices to identify potentially violative activities, contributing to a safer internet and payments ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Analyze, assess, and classify certification applicants using OSS, tools and best practices.
Understand and utilize the tools and resources necessary for program tasks.
Make quick, accurate analytical decisions when information is ambiguous.
Summarize analysis findings in clear, concise written reports.
Submit reports within strict deadlines.
Escalate questions to colleagues with sound judgment.
Assist with other projects as assigned by Manager.
Maintain program documentation as directed by Senior Analysts and Manager.
Communicate with clients via email, phone, or video conference as needed.
Monitor billing and payment status and escalate internally when appropriate.
