Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and relevant AML/Compliance experience preferred.
• Ability to investigate suspicious activity, analyze findings, and prepare SARs.
• Strong knowledge of AML/BSA regulations and banking industry standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear conclusions.
• Proven ability to meet daily production goals with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Identify data anomalies and red flags related to money laundering and sanctions violations.
• Verify clients to ensure KYC compliance and risk understanding.
• Perform quality control tasks as needed.
• Assist with advanced responsibilities including client communication and data analysis.
• Provide independent support to analysts and submit work for internal/client QC reviews.
• Meet deadlines and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure compliance with AML laws and client expectations.
