Talent Shift, LLC is seeking an experienced AML Investigations professional for a fully remote, 3-month project on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in AML investigations, 3+ years in backlog remediation, and resides in the continental U.S. Employment is contract-based with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AML investigations experience.
• 3+ years of AML alert backlog remediation experience.
• Residence in the continental U.S. required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end investigations of AML transaction monitoring alerts and review customer activity to identify financial crime risks.
• Execute high-volume alert backlog remediation, prioritizing and clearing aged alerts with quality and regulatory alignment.
• Analyze complex customer relationships and cross-border transactions to identify suspicious activity and support SAR referrals.
