Sonos Inc. is seeking an Americas Trainer to deliver technical, product, and sales education to professional installers, retail staff, business owners, and other partners across the US and North America.

The role combines in-person events with webinars, requiring strong presentation skills and the ability to adapt to varied audiences. You will work with the Americas Professional and Retail Sales teams to improve customer experience and drive confidence and sales, traveling across North America

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in professional AV, consumer electronics retail, sales, installation, technical education, or related field.
• Enthusiastic public speaking and on-camera presentations to small and large audiences.
• Ability to explain technical/product information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to travel throughout North America for trainings and events.

Responsabilités

• Present engaging educational content to audiences via in-person events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Speak the language of professional AV installers, retail sales staff, designers, and business owners.
• Adapt messaging and delivery to audience and channel for desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with Americas Professional and Retail Sales teams to drive confidence, advocacy, and sales.
• Develop training programs and manage timelines and post-event follow-up.
• Stay current on consumer electronics, professional AV, and retail trends.
