Job summary

Sonos Inc is looking for an Americas Trainer to bring educational moments to life for partners across Professional and Retail channels. You will present technical, product, and sales education to installers, retail staff, and business owners, adapting content for each audience.

You will work with Americas Professional and Retail Sales teams to boost confidence, advocacy, and sales, traveling across North America for partner trainings and events while staying current on consumer electronics

Qualifications

3–5 years in professional AV, consumer electronics retail, sales, installation, or related field.
Public speaking and on‑camera presentations to varied audiences.
Clear explanation of technical/product information tailored to audience needs.
Ability to travel across North America for trainings and events.

Responsibilities

Present engaging educational content to audiences via in-person events, webinars, and training sessions.
Speak the language of AV installers, retail staff, designers, and business owners.
Adapt depth and delivery style to audience and channel.
Collaborate with sales teams to drive confidence, advocacy, and sales.
