Advocate Health Care in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time Ambulatory Care Coordination role. This remote position supports care teams across multiple sites while residing in North Carolina. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., 40 hours per week.

Requires NC RN license, a completed nursing program, and BLS certification; BSN preferred. Ambulatory, family medicine, and Medicaid experience are highly valued as you help coordinate patient care remotely.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state where you practice.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred; NC residents only.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ambulatory/family medicine and NC Medicaid experience preferred.
