Quick USA Inc. is seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Operations Specialist to accelerate the growth of its Amazon US storefront. This remote, part-time contract role focuses on store performance, PPC optimization, and conversion rate improvements, acting as the bridge between the U.S.

market and HQ in Japan. The ideal candidate will drive data-driven growth, manage FBA inventory health, and implement aggressive sales strategies across the US market while coordinating with Japanese HQ.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, listing optimization, and inventory/fulfillment management.
• Bachelor's Degree and at least 3+ years operating, optimizing, and scaling Amazon US channels.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No Visa Sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily management and optimization of Amazon US sales channels (Seller Central, listing SEO, Brand Registry, A+ Content, Storefront).
• Develop, execute, and refine pricing, promotions, and sales strategies for the U.S. market.
• Manage and scale digital marketing, specifically optimizing Amazon PPC (ROAS/ACoS) and exploring external traffic opportunities.
• Oversee and streamline U.S. supply chain operations, ensuring FBA inventory health, forecasting, and returns/customer service processes.
• Analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable reports and growth strategies to HQ in Japan.
• Perform additional operational duties as needed to support scaling in the U.S. market.
