Job summary

Podean is a leading marketplace agency helping brands accelerate growth across Amazon, Walmart, Target, TikTok Shop, and other platforms. We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven eCommerce Content Manager to lead content strategies for multiple clients and drive high-impact content creation.

You will mentor a team, partner with account managers, and ensure content aligns with advertising and business goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, e-commerce content strategy, or digital advertising focusing on marketplace content.
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring teams across multiple content projects.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon content creation including optimization of titles, bullets, A+ content, storefronts, and image stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of content and creative strategies across multiple clients with minimal leadership oversight.
• Act as client partner and authority on Amazon best practices; communicate strategies clearly externally and internally.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and training to help them grow.
• Manage day-to-day activities of junior content team members, assign projects, monitor performance, ensure quality.
• Collaborate with designers to deliver award-winning creative strategies for clients and internal projects.
• Align content with clients' advertising and business objectives in collaboration with media and account teams.
• Develop content and SEO strategies that support client goals.
• Create and implement creative strategies to drive growth and performance.
• Analyze Amazon content data and performance tests to continuously optimize content.
