Podean seeks an experienced Walmart Media Manager to own Walmart self-service media campaigns, including Sponsored ads via WMC, DSS, and DSP.

Responsibilities

Full ownership of Walmart media campaigns with hands-on optimizations to deliver results.
Driving holistic media strategy and growth opportunities across Walmart ecosystem.
Be the main contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams on marketplace media.
Engage in daily communication with clients and teams to ensure alignment.
Mentor analysts and provide strategic guidance under account leadership.
Develop and execute marketplace media strategies, tests, and risk/benefit analysis.
Translate objectives into campaign strategies and tactics for efficiency.
Apply analytical reasoning to optimize campaigns and maximize performance.
Provide coaching and timeline requirements to specialists.
Own performance evaluations and deliver actionable feedback.
