• Strong writing, editing, interviewing and storytelling skills.
• Experience in professional writing, journalism, communications, marketing, or content production.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Ability to adapt writing to various client voices and style guides.
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance research and workflow while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality alumni communications based on each client’s style guide and goals.
• Draft interview questions, conduct interviews, and write feature articles about alumni.
• Set content goals through client messaging and publication strategy.
• Coordinate with account managers, editors and designers to meet client needs and deadlines.
• Manage daily priorities in a fast paced environment and leverage AI tools where appropriate.
