Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Strategic Account Liaison (SAL) for a remote, full‑time role to support launch and growth of the Rare Neurology Franchise, including FUS-ALS.

You will educate on disease states, screening, and access programs to ALS Centers of Excellence and other stakeholders, driving through to therapy initiation. The SAL will partner with Medical Science Liaisons and Market Access to address barriers, manage complex care pathways, and advance patient care while

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced clinical degrees prioritized (BSN, RN, etc.).
• Preferred 8–10+ years in Biotech/Pharma commercial field strategic roles.
• Experience in new product launches.
• Center of Excellence and IDN Navigation, including KOL engagement.
• Rare and/or Ultra‑Rare Disease experience.
• Cross‑functional field team coordination.
• Proven track record of success (Top 30%); 2+ years minimum.
• Must reside in Region.

Responsabilités

• Communicate complex clinical data, protocols, screening and treatment pathways to ALS Centers of Excellence, HCPs and stakeholders.
• Develop strategic account plans by mining insights from data sources and market intelligence.
• Navigate hospital purchasing, reimbursement processes, and site‑of‑care considerations to pull through objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to remove barriers to therapy.
