Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced Team Lead - Trading in the United States. This hands-on engineering leadership role focuses on building and scaling a high-performance algorithmic trading platform.

You will balance architecture, coding, reviews, and production systems while guiding a small, high-skill team. You will own technical direction, roadmap, reliability, and long-term engineering practices, collaborating across Product, Operations, Compliance, Clearing, and other groups in a

Qualifications

Senior- or Staff-level software engineering experience with leadership.
Experience delivering complex trading or exchange systems.
Strong coding in C/C++, Go, Rust, Java, or Python.
Deep knowledge of low-latency, distributed systems and databases.
Experience with messaging queues and event-driven architectures.
Strong system design and SOA thinking.

Responsibilities

Own the technical direction and architecture of trading-platform services.
Translate business objectives into clearly scoped engineering initiatives.
Lead day-to-day engineering execution with sprint planning and blockers removal.
Remain hands-on with codebase, PR reviews, and design discussions.
Establish high standards for code quality, testing, and reliability.
Own production performance including latency, throughput, and on-call health.
Lead hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and career development of the team.
Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Clearing, and other teams.
Guide robust trading system development for concurrency and scale.
