Productive Playhouse is building a pool of Albanian-speaking evaluators for testing AI chatbots. This freelance, project-based role lets you work remotely from anywhere, choosing tasks and hours while batches arrive iteratively.

Responsibilities include interacting with AI models, evaluating safety and usefulness, and submitting structured deliverables. Open to international freelancers with strong Albanian and English skills.

Qualifications

• Native or expert-level Albanian fluency required.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Hands-on experience using AI models or large language models.
• Comfortable with written and voice-based conversations and follow-ups.
• Own smartphone, computer, reliable internet, and web tools.
• Able to pass language proficiency and technical literacy assessments.
• Responsive communicator and able to start within 48 hours.

Responsibilities

• Interact with AI models to test capabilities, safety, and usefulness.
• Provide structured evaluations and actionable feedback.
• Submit deliverables (ratings, write-ups, screenshots, or recordings) per task specs.
