Job summary

Productive Playhouse is building a Tamil AI product evaluation pool for an upcoming project assessing AI chatbots. This is an independent contractor engagement, task-based, with hourly pay and 100% remote access. You will interact with AI models to test capabilities, safety, and usefulness, contributing to model improvements.

Freelancers choose which tasks to take, set their own hours, and may work with other clients. Tasks arrive in batches, with possible pauses as the project evolves.

Qualifications

• Native or expert-level fluency in Tamil
• Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills
• 18 years of age or older
• Hands-on experience using AI models or large language models
• Comfortable with both written and voice-based conversation
• Own smartphone/computer, reliable internet, and comfort with web-based tools
• Able to pass a language proficiency and technical literacy assessment
• Responsive communicator and quick onboarding

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate AI chatbots or language models through structured conversations with goals and prompts
• Engage in voice-based interactions where applicable and record or share audio as part of evaluation deliverables
• Submit deliverables (write-ups, ratings, screenshots, or recordings) per task specifications
