Placements24 is seeking an Aircraft Systems Performance Analyst to join our fully remote operational support team. You will analyze complex aircraft system data to identify trends, optimize performance, and enhance safety and efficiency across the fleet.

The role requires a strong background in data analysis, aviation systems, and clear communication with engineering and operations teams. You will develop dashboards, report findings, and contribute to continuous improvement in a remote work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of data analysis experience, preferably in aviation.
• Proficiency in Python, R, MATLAB or similar.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets on aircraft systems performance.
• Develop and maintain performance monitoring dashboards.
• Identify anomalies and perform root cause analysis.
• Generate reports and present findings to engineering and operations teams.
• Propose performance improvements, maintenance optimization, and cost reductions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate findings and implement changes.
