Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; up to 5 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Competencies include Sales Management and organizational development.
• Must be able to perform essential duties and adapt to a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sale of service programs to meet or exceed revenue and margin goals.
• Develop and increase sales using existing customers and new leads.
• Meet individual and team service sales targets and goals.
• Track and manage opportunities from lead to finalization of service contracts.
• Quote, position, promote and sell services to ensure high close rates.
• Forecast, account plan, and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Build and maintain long-term customer retention and relationships with customers and partners.
• Manage account assignments and transition as needed; maintain One Peak mindset.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and partner community to strengthen relations.
• Coordinate with coworkers and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
