• 3+ years of experience teaching, evaluating, or assessing advanced writing
• Native or near-native English proficiency
• Demonstrated expertise in rhetoric, composition, argumentative writing, or writing instruction
• Ability to apply detailed evaluation guidelines consistently

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated written responses using defined quality and creativity frameworks
• Assess originality, voice, tone, rhetorical effectiveness, and linguistic sophistication
• Compare multiple model responses and identify strengths and weaknesses in written communication
• Apply structured evaluation rubrics consistently and accurately
• Identify examples of particularly effective or ineffective language use
• Complete quality reviews while maintaining attention to detail and consistency
• Participate in calibration and quality assurance activities as required
