Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a contract Technical Writer / Editor to evaluate and improve AI-generated content for a customer project. You will apply writing, editing, and critical analysis to assess responses against prompts.

No prior AI experience required. Candidates should have native-level English, strong editorial judgment, and ability to work remotely with project managers and reviewers.

Qualifications

• Native English fluency and excellent written communication.
• Experience in technical writing, editing, or content evaluation.
• Strong clarity, tone, structure, coherence, and instructional content.
• Familiarity with digital content review platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate remotely.
• Experience with AI systems or model evaluation is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and compare AI-generated responses against prompts.
• Assess clarity, tone, accuracy, coherence, and instructional value.
• Provide scores, rationales, and actionable feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality of AI outputs.
• Apply editorial judgment to subtle writing quality differences.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in findings.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and reviewers.
• Apply advanced written English and critical analysis throughout evaluation.
