BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Inc. is seeking an AI Workflow Engineer to embed with our Process Improvement team, supporting Treasury and Internal Audit. You’ll identify opportunities, advise on AI adoption, develop solutions, and help with training, governance and long‑term ownership.

Requirements include Python, APIs/orchestration tools, and exposure to generative AI in a corporate setting. Fully remote work with a final onsite interview in Chattanooga, TN is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) or related field or equivalent work experience required. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, AI/ML tools, or workflow solutions and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience with Python and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Understanding of APIs, orchestration tools, and integration patterns.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLM frameworks, or AI‑driven automation.
