Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, write concise explanations in English, and help improve how AI systems reason in real-world tasks. Eligible from multiple countries; flexible hours; payments weekly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining choices.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts and judging fidelity.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts or misalignment.
• Writing detailed explanations in English describing what was observed.
