Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and spell out what’s off. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing why something looked or sounded incorrect, all remotely on your schedule.

You'll help shape AI systems by rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, then provide concise explanations. This role offers complete remote work with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
• Able to explain decisions clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English detailing what was observed.
