Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator to embed with a marketing cohort of ~20 professionals. You will build agents, automation, and tools to transform workflows and enable AI-first work across the team.

You will coach marketers through a journey from awareness to self-sufficiency, adapting to evolving processes and delivering measurable transformations in day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in diagnostic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work processes.
• Track record of coaching or enabling others to change how they work.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document high-leverage workflow transformations.
• Build custom tools, agents, automations, and skills for marketers.
• Coach marketers through a progression from awareness to self-sufficiency.
• Teach marketers to build and iterate their own tools over time.
