Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator to embed with a group of ~20 marketers, building AI-powered tools and workflows that transform everyday work. You will identify high-leverage opportunities, coach others, and scale solutions across the cohort.

This role emphasizes designing, building, and overseeing autonomous, multi-agent workflows, measuring impact, sharing wins with leadership, and driving the transition to AI-first marketing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work processes.
• Experience coaching, teaching, or enabling others with evidence of impact on work practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document high-leverage workflow transformations within the marketing cohorts.
• Build custom tools, agents, automations, and skills tailored to marketers' responsibilities.
• Coach marketers through a progressive journey from awareness to self-sufficiency.
• Teach marketers to build and iterate on their own tools, creating independence.
• Scale successful tools across the cohort and document patterns for reuse.
• Share wins with leadership to build momentum and inspiration.
• Track progress against a maturity model and push toward AI-first workflows.
