Stripe is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator to embed with a marketing cohort of about 20 people. You will build AI-powered tools, agents, and workflows, transforming how marketers work and accelerating adoption of AI across campaigns and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in diagnostic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work processes.
• Proven coaching/teaching ability with evidence that people you've helped actually changed how they work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while supporting approximately 20 marketers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and transform high-leverage workflows within your group's day-to-day work.
• Build tools, agents, automations, and skills tailored to each marketer's specific responsibilities.
• Coach and partner with each marketer through a progressive journey — from awareness to self-sufficiency in AI integration.
• Teach marketers to build their own tools over time, creating independence.
• Document every tool, playbook, and transformation pattern you build for reuse by the FDA team.
• Share wins within your cohort and with leadership to build momentum.
• Track progress against a maturity model, moving marketers toward self-sustaining, AI-first work.
• Prepare marketers for an agentic future — designing, building, and overseeing autonomous, multi-agent workflows.
